Our history dates back to 1996, and our team brings 70 years of experience to residential remodeling. Today, owner Marco Solis brings hands-on involvement and a background shaped by years in the construction industry. His interest in the work began in high school, when he helped build two log cabins alongside his brother and great-uncle. He later studied construction management and spent approximately 19 years in commercial construction, developing experience in estimating, project management, and renovations. After renovating a home of his own, Marco decided to bring that knowledge and experience into residential remodeling.

We help homeowners with home additions, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement remodeling, and whole-home renovations. Home additions are an important part of our work, helping families gain useful living space without leaving the home they already know. We also help homeowners rethink kitchens and other existing spaces around changing needs, everyday routines, and personal preferences.

Throughout each renovation, we coordinate the construction details and the specialized electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work the project may require. We also help homeowners navigate material and finish selections based on their preferences rather than pushing a required brand.
